Ingredients:
3/4 c Toll House Milk Chocolate morsels (divided)
1 stick unsalted butter, melted. Throw in first 1/4 of morsels, stir and let the mixture cool.
1 c sugar
2 xl eggs, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c Flour
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c Toll House Milk Chocolate morsels
Jumbo marshmallows to top
To Prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line brownie pan with parchment paper with sides overhanging.
2. Place the cooled butter + morsels mixture in your mixer with the sugar and cream together for 1 min medium high. Scrape down and repeat 1 min. On medium low, add the eggs and vanilla and beat 1 minute on medium. Scrape down.
3. On low, Mix in the dry ingredients, then the rest of the morsels just until combined.
4. Pour the batter into the brownie pan, smooth it out, bake 20-22 minutes. Add the jumbo marshmallows and broil for less than 1 minute. Let it cool, cut, then serve! .
